Any Way You Slice It

Evercake Cake Serving Chart

SLICING & SERVINGS
Unsure how to get the most slices out of your Evercake? Or even how to slice it? Just use a sharp serrated knife and a gentle sawing motion. Chill your cake if you have time, then warm up your knife under hot, running water. For extra credit, wipe the knife clean between slices.

Cut your next cake with confidence, and you'll hear oohs and ahhs as you pull away that first delicious slice! We like triangle shapes for a casual, intimate party or small rectangles if you want a caterer's cut or need "dieter's slices".

PAIRINGS

Who says you have to serve cake all by itself? Try serving your Pink Champagne or Chocolate Frida with a dollop of extra frosting, or any of these lovely additions.

  • honey and almonds
  • pistachios and dried cranberries
  • blueberries and strawberries
  • banana slices and drizzle of fudge
  • shaved dark chocolate

STORAGE

To store your leftover Evercake in the refrigerator or freezer, just wrap your cake in cling wrap and then foil. Cakes will last 3-5 days in general. Before serving, allow the cake to sit on the counter for about 30 minutes for an extra moist bite!
